In view of the current COVID19 situation in the country and the measures taken by the government to contain the outbreak, the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) would like to inform all its registered trainees that the skilling programs which are either ongoing or to be starting soon under Skills Development Program(SDP), Build Bhutan Project(BBP) and Village Skills Development Program(VSDP) will be temporarily suspended in the Red and Yellow Zones until further notice.
However, should the on-going training programs in the aforementioned zones be continued, the management concerned may do so in self-contained mode upon seeking approval from the respective COVID19 Task Force Offices.
All ongoing training programs in the Green Zones will proceed as scheduled.
